    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Site Managers are responsible for overseeing field operations associated with building automation projects. During the construction phase of a project, the Site Manager is an RBT representative to the general contractor as well as other trades. In between project deployments, the Site Manager will assist with new project estimating and systems engineering.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide technical assistance to RBT commissioning team</li>\n <li>Serves as a technical point of contact for customers and trades</li>\n <li>Assist with prioritizing and assigning installation tasks to the trades</li>\n <li>Participate in commissioning meetings</li>\n <li>Develop customer and trade relationships</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Instrumentation and Electrical Design</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with developing instrument lists by examining P&ID drawings & bid specifications</li>\n <li>Research instrumentation (TTs, PTs, FTs, actuators, etc.) and propose appropriate devices for project</li>\n <li>Inspect instrument and electrical panel installation to verify completion</li>\n <li>Identify installation discrepancies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Commissioning Methodology</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of customer demonstrations and acceptance testing</li>\n <li>Understanding of point-to-point loop checks, functional tests, and status of the site Cx plan for all systems</li>\n <li>Participate in field related design modification meetings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with developing procurement log and installation tracking sheets</li>\n <li>Receive, verify, and handoff equipment shipped to the site</li>\n <li>Support MEP subcontractors</li>\n <li>Understanding of project scope</li>\n <li>Understands RBT field quality control procedures</li>\n <li>Generates meaningful daily site logs to convey site conditions and progress</li>\n <li>Commissioning schedule coordination</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical Degree in a related field</li>\n <li>Previous Project Management or Site Management experience</li>\n <li>Experience with Low Voltage Installation </li>\n <li>Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)</li>\n <li>Microsoft Project </li>\n <li>Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of sequence of operations and P&IDs for HVAC and plant utilities.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of instrumentation and control valves for HVAC systems.</li>\n <li><p>Building automation and/or industrial controls experience (Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA, Inductive Automation) is a plus</p></li>\n <li><p>Onsite commissioning experience is a plus</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits Highlights</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Competitive Base Salary:</strong> $90,000–$120,000, depending on experience </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Performance Bonuses:</strong> Bonus structure designed to reward results </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Travel Perks:</strong> Travel incentives + per-diem packages for field assignments </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Full Benefits Package:</strong> Medical, dental, and vision coverage </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Retirement Ready:</strong> 401(k) with company match </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Time Off:</strong><strong> </strong>Generous PTO which includes vacation, holidays, and unlimited personal time </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Grow With Us:</strong> Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support </p></li>\n</ul>",
