    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><u>Job Summary</u></strong></p><p>The Quality Technician works with and supports the quality organization and technical center departments to continuously improve the performance of the key product and system components in an expanding product portfolio. This role assists the quality engineer, manufacturing, and operations to meet customer requirements.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>Support incoming inspection, autopsy activities, and production control operations.</li><li>Support production line First time quality yield by accurately reporting quality issues to management to drive action with key functional internal and/ or external stakeholders.</li><li>Inspect, evaluate, and provide disposition of components used in the production of electromechanical products.</li><li>Support quality requirements for components to ensure correct parts are received and verified for product quality.</li><li>Obtain detailed print specifications from internal customers.</li><li>Support the development of the inspection methods and ensure compliance with product specifications.</li><li>Review product inspection history to make future inspection decisions.</li><li>Communicate with quality engineers regarding quality requirements.</li><li>Participate in Material Review board (MRB) &amp; Nonconformance Report (NCR) meetings to support a resolution of supplier quality issues.</li><li>Send Quality reports to Purchasing and internal customers as required.</li><li>Work with purchasing to replace defective components.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean working environment.</li><li>Adhere to federal and state regulations.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.</li><li>Predictable and reliable attendance.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Position Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of three (3) years of quality experience required.</li><li>Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gages, and a variety of other-dimensional tools is required.</li><li>Working knowledge of quality systems and processes.</li><li>Proficient with Excel, agile data analysis tools are required.</li><li>The ability to create PowerPoint presentations is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Competencies</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li><strong>Focuses on Quality:</strong> Drives work results with a quality focus on actions and results.</li><li><strong>Decision Making &amp; Analysis:</strong> Makes sound decisions based upon a mixture of data-driven analysis, expertise, experience, and judgment; collects relevant information, seeking input from others, and identifies connections and/or root causes of problems</li><li><strong>Takes Initiative:</strong> Exhibits strong drive for results and success; conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure; persists despite obstacles and opposition.</li><li><strong>Delivers Results:</strong> Achievement-oriented, feeling a sense of urgency to reach goals on time, if not before.</li><li><strong>Teamwork:</strong> Works cooperatively with others to accomplish team goals and organizational objectives.</li><li><strong>Communications:</strong> Exchanges thoughts, feelings, and information effectively.</li><li><strong>Integrity:</strong> Acts and makes decisions in a manner consistent with the needs of the public in the delivery of products/services.
