    "description": "<p>This is a permanent Full-Time senior position within our company.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Pay &amp; Role</span></p>\n<p>$90,000 - $120,000 salary per year depending on experience</p>\n<p>Tuesday to Saturday working week of 45 hrs per week</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills / Experience / What we are looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have experience managing a high-volume, vibrant venue</li>\n<li>You are familiar working with bands and/or DJs and know how to create an awesome atmosphere</li>\n<li>You are energised by the buzz of busy nights, thrive during peak shifts, and are driven to keep the good times rolling while maximising sales and customer satisfaction</li>\n<li>Experience in managing a team on shift with at least 10 staff working at once on a busy night you will be managing a busy kitchen, bar, floor and security team</li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and strong clear communication</li>\n<li>A managers certificate is required</li>\n<li>You're looking for a long term career in hospitality</li>\n<li>A relevant qualification at Level 2 or above of the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF); or at least 2 years of relevant experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch</li>\n<li>Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation</li>\n<li>Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving</li>\n<li>Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line to make sure the standards are always super high</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Business</span></p>\n<p>Mr Murdoch's - a casual hangout located in the middle of Auckland.
