We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of cross organizational highly specified solutions across the 3.X platform roadmap, specifically in the areas of networking and cybersecurity. Responsibilities What you'll do... Portfolio & Program Management Program planning and execution across multiple vehicle programs and digital platforms, balancing resources, risks, and priorities. Develop and maintain schedules, dependency maps, and risk mitigation plans across integrated services feature deliverables and functionality. Ensure platform deliverables are executed with excellence and delivered on time Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and effectively to executive leadership and technical teams. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program execution, quality, and velocity. Provide ongoing, objective feedback to strategy, product, and engineering to support the ever-changing landscape of execution. Recognize and quickly respond to the needs of a program in execution where roles and responsibilities may be unclear. Adaptability Qualifications You'll have... Bachelors degree 5+ years of experience proven experience as a Technical Program Manager Understanding of software and hardware technical solutions, TARA’s, end point protection and other Cyber concerns. Deep understanding of network architecture, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, BGP, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, and load‑balancing technologies Strong technical background in systems engineering, software development. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Comfortable working in ambiguity Ability to influence without Authority and guide leadership. Passion for innovation, user experience, and delivering impactful technology.
