If you enjoy recruiting in a fast-paced, field-first environment and love building relationships with candidates and hiring leaders, this role is for you.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>The Recruiting Specialist partners with hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruiting for Arizona operations. You’ll own sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offers, and candidate experience while also helping build long-term talent pipelines through schools, community partners, and local networks.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Manage full-cycle recruiting for Arizona roles across operations, field, and professional staff.</p></li>\n <li><p>Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, hiring timelines, and recruiting strategy.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, associations, and direct outreach.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct phone screens, evaluate fit for heavy civil environments, and move qualified candidates through the interview process quickly.</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate interviews, communicate updates, and maintain a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support workforce planning by tracking open requisitions, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.</p></li>\n <li><p>Build and maintain relationships with colleges, trade schools, and community partners; support career fairs and recruiting events.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with internship and early-career recruiting efforts as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate documentation and compliance in the applicant tracking system and other recruiting tools.</p></li>\n <li><p>Promote WW Clyde’s culture and values while reinforcing safe, professional hiring practices.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>3–5 years of recruiting experience, in construction; heavy civil experience strongly preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proven success recruiting skilled trades and/or field operations roles in a high-volume, competitive market.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong sourcing skills (direct outreach, networking, referral generation) and comfort engaging passive candidates.</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to build credibility with superintendents, project managers, and other field leaders.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar), and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).</p></li>\n <li><p>Willingness to travel locally and regionally for job fairs, school visits, and project/office visits.</p></li>\n <li><p>Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain an insurable driving record.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why Work at WW Clyde?</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package</p></li>\n <li><p>Medical, dental, and vision coverage</p></li>\n <li><p>401(k) with company match and profit sharing</p></li>\n <li><p>Paid holidays and paid time off</p></li>\n <li><p>Career growth opportunities with a respected heavy civil contractor</p></li>\n <li><p>Team-oriented culture where “We All Go Home Safe” is the standard</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Information</h2>\n<p>Employment with WW Clyde is at-will.
