This position partners closely with leaders and employees to drive a strong culture, ensure compliance, and support key HR programs across the business. You’ll play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to grow their career while making a meaningful impact.</p>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR support</li>\n <li>Support recruiting efforts, including building talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers</li>\n <li>Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance</li>\n <li>Drive culture and engagement initiatives using employee feedback and survey insights</li>\n <li>Contribute to HR process improvements and support training and development programs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field</li>\n <li>3+ years of relevant HR experience in a generalist or similar role</li>\n <li>Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools</li>\n <li>Ability to work full-time onsite</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)</li>\n <li>Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or multi-site environments</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to drive decisions</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-TH1</p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite</p>\n<h2>Culture and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
