This role will work directly with the Regional Photo Manager to set expectations for their team<strong>,</strong>&nbsp;deliver results that exceed, and grow the business.&nbsp;If you have a passion for photography, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Establish and maintain positive and successful relations with venue B2B clients</li>\n\t<li>Ensure proper staff scheduling are being completed and communicated on-time</li>\n\t<li>Champion exceptional guest service and persuasive upselling tactics with front line staff</li>\n\t<li>Manage complete and accurate reporting according to company policies and procedures</li>\n\t<li>Analyze daily sales activity and reports, creating action plans for continued growth for site</li>\n\t<li>Coach and develop staff in both proper photo capture techniques and upselling sales tactics</li>\n\t<li>Ensure staff follow venue safety rules and are working in a safe manner as per policy standards</li>\n\t<li>Foster a constructive and collaborative atmosphere while upholding our fundamental values and policies</li>\n\t<li>Maintain/oversee site cleanliness, employee uniform, and guest service delivery exceed company and location standards</li>\n\t<li>Maintain a safe working environment, by reporting dangerous/suspicious items or persons to venue management</li>\n\t<li>Protect company confidential data and ensure secure areas are always locked, this includes company computers containing sensitive data, safes and filing cabinets</li>\n\t<li>Assist with all functions within a photo location in compliance with VENU+ policies and procedures</li>\n\t<li>Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management</li>\n</ul>\n",
