In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all CNC machined parts meet strict quality standards and specifications. Your expertise will help maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our clients and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br>- Perform detailed inspections of CNC machined parts using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other inspection equipment<br>- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards to verify compliance<br>- Document inspection results accurately and prepare inspection reports<br>- Identify and report non-conformances, defects, or deviations from quality standards<br>- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions<br>- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration is up to date<br>- Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on process and quality improvements<br><br><b>Skills and Qualifications:</b><br>- Proven experience as a CNC Quality Inspection Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment<br>- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, technical drawings, and quality standards (such as ISO, AS9100)<br>- Proficiency in using measurement and inspection tools, including coordinate measuring machines (CMM)<br>- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills<br>- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications<br>- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team<br>- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in quality inspection is preferred<br><br>Join our innovative team where quality and precision are at the core of everything we do.
