    "description": "<p><span>This position is suitable for someone with 3-4 years of data analysis experience, specifically who also has experience with contact sourcing and email verification, as well as HubSpot database management tools.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and responsibilities:<br></span><br>1. Gathering relevant company contact information, such as email addresses, job titles, and external and URLs (i.e. LinkedIn), for cold outreach and marketing campaigns<br>2. Ensuring 100% data quality and accuracy, meticulously verifying the accuracy of the data to ensure that the data can be trusted for further use<br>3. Identifying potential leads and prospects; sourcing contact information for those parties<br>4. Assistance in the creation of marketing campaign performance reports and supporting analyses<br>5. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical tools, and providing ongoing reports on marketing campaign performance<br>6. Providing quality analysis and assurance for imported data from various external sources<br>7. Alignment of contact sourcing strategies with overall business goals and marketing activities<br>8. Clear arrangement of the data in accordance with the demands of various projects<br>9. Organizing CRM and contact information data into lists that are tailored to meet the data quality requirements<br>10. Periodic reviews and CRM contact database updates to ensure data accuracy and usefulness<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements:<br></span><br>1. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science or related field<br>2. At least one year of work experience as a data analyst would be preferred<br>3. Expertise in using various online database platforms and tools to source and verify contact information (i.e. LinkedIn, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, Pitchbook, Crunchbase, ZeroBounce, and Breadcrumbs)<br>4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task to meet tight deadlines<br>5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to take responsibility and own the project outcomes<br>6. Proficiency in CRM tools, especially HubSpot, to effectively organize and manage contact and company data.<br>7. HubSpot Expertise:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>In-depth understanding of HubSpot's contact management features, including list classification, uploading, and mapping<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Ability to create tailored workflows in HubSpot for efficient contact nurturing<br>8. Skills in data segmentation and categorization for targeted marketing campaigns<br>9. Experience in cleaning and maintaining contact databases for data accuracy purposes<br>10. Willingness to stay updated on the latest contact sourcing tools and techniques</span></p>",
