If you're known for your strong customer service, have a great knowledge of beverages and cocktails, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, we want to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages, including wines, cocktails, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and standards.</li><li>Ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience by accurately mixing and serving drinks.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as necessary.</li><li>Stay informed about events on the property and share relevant information with bar guests.</li><li>Show sensitivity and respect for Native American culture in all interactions.</li><li>This position is reserved for the Cigar Bar. Will perform all the duties of a Bartender I plus:</li><li>Expertly Guide each guest through cigar selection with caring and knowledge.</li><li>Provide guests with the information to make informed decisions.</li><li>Will prepare and serve food</li><li>Will act as a cashier in the Skookum Lounge.</li><li>Will clear and bus tables</li></ul>",
