Your role helps us to build skills and change lives in each of our communities.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Principal Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Use GRATIS in donations; quickly and professionally Greet, hand out a pre-signed and dated Receipt, Assist by involving the donor and safely handling their donation, Thank and Invite donor to donate again, then Sort out SLs and leave HL in container to give to a HL station&nbsp;</li><li>Support efficient product flow as a material handler moving donations, trash and salvage to keep merchandise flowing to the sales floor&nbsp;</li><li>Anticipates problems, providing necessary assistance and supplies to all members of production team&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Works the process, using unit pricing, or good/better/best to price product through 1 touch optimization&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Safely unload furniture from donor vehicles (2 man lift over 40lbs) price and place directly into store&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently interacting with co-workers, shoppers, and donors in a professional &amp; pleasant manner&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate donation counts by handing receipt to every donor, recording first receipt and last&nbsp;</li><li>Use non-powered (and powered for 18+) equipment to safely and effectively moves containers&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with loading/unloading trailers safely and effectively&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain safe &amp; clean work environment by following established 5S principles and safety guidelines&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently perform all duties within the framework of our Core Values&nbsp;</li></ul>",
