    "description": "<p>We are looking for an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SAP-Azure Data Engineer</span> to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, data engineering, cloud computing, and advanced analytics. This role focuses on leveraging Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and other cloud-native technologies to develop scalable and efficient data solutions for business intelligence and advanced analytics.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is 100% remote but only open to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM). Applications outside this region will not be considered.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain data engineering pipelines using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Azure Synapse Analytics</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Databricks</span> to support data warehousing and advanced analytics.</li>\n<li>Develop interactive and informative dashboards and reports using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power BI</span> for business decision-making.</li>\n<li>Implement data integration, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality and consistency across platforms.</li>\n<li>Migrate and integrate data from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SAP systems</span> (SAP ECC, BPC, APO, SAP BI) to cloud-based environments and analytical tools.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven solutions for business needs.</li>\n<li>Apply machine learning frameworks and tools for predictive analytics and data science projects.</li>\n<li>Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices are followed throughout all data processes.</li>\n<li>Manage and optimize <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data lake</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data warehousing</span> solutions to support efficient data processing and storage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Skills and Competencies:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SAP Expertise:</span> Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, BPC, BW/4HANA, and other relevant SAP modules.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Management and Analytics:</span> Experience with data migration, cleansing, and analysis using tools like SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Integration Skills:</span> Understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware) to connect different systems within the SAP landscape.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cloud Computing:</span> Expertise in cloud platforms (especially <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Azure</span>), including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Programming and Scripting:</span> Proficiency in programming languages like <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Python</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scala</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SQL</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ABAP</span>, or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">R</span> for customization and automation.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Engineering:</span> Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ETL</span> processes, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data warehousing</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data lake</span> concepts.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Advanced Analytics:</span> Knowledge
