As an OSUP employee, you will be eligible for these various benefits depending on your employment status.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider, and provides a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. </li>\n <li>Collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient,</li>\n <li>Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes,</li>\n <li>Implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of the outcomes,</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with the healthcare team. </li>\n <li>Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization. </li>\n <li>Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program .</li>\n <li>Current Ohio Registered Nurse license. </li>\n <li>CPR/BLS certified. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of triage procedures along with clinic, physician office and/or urgent care experience.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.</li>\n <li>Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families as to the nature of disease and to provide instruction on proper care and treatment.</li>\n <li>Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally. </li>\n <li>High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. </li>\n <li>Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. </li>\n <li>Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $32.21 - USD $47.60 /Hr.",
