The candidate is also responsible for operating all machinery related to PCB assembly.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Function Name</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Set-Up &amp; Tear Down- SMT Machines&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of safety and operation of Pick-n-Place machines&nbsp;</li><li>Load feeders according to the setup sheet using&nbsp;</li><li>Understand feeder sizes and pitches&nbsp;</li><li>Component Identification knowledge&nbsp;</li><li>Verify components &amp; feeder on job cart&nbsp;</li><li>Restock parts in the correct Kit Box</li><li>Load program on machine(s)&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to run Juki Pick &amp; Place and reflow ovens&nbsp;</li><li>Perform machine operator processes (startup, loading a recipe, adjusting the conveyor belt, production runs, shut down, and alarms).&nbsp;</li><li>Makes minor machine adjustments such as placement of parts, measurement of components, and change or correct package size, clears machine jams.&nbsp;</li><li>Thoroughly and accurately complete forms and documentation as necessary.</li><li>Professionally and effectively communicate both verbally and written with coworkers, management, vendors, source inspectors, and customer representatives (when needed).</li><li>Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>Be punctual and maintain good attendance.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Other Duties</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Will be crossed-train for other functions within SMT Operations</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS - KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS- EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>2+ Years of SMT machine Operation. Juki Machine Operation preferred. (we will train inexperience to SMT).</li><li>Knowledge of the solder paste print process&nbsp;</li><li>Previous knowledge of mechanical, thru-hole, surface mount, electronic component identification, and performing reworks&nbsp;on printed circuit boards is a must.</li><li>Ability to use quality-related measuring equipment.</li><li>Ability to follow procedures and maintain the quality of products at all times.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Good computer skills and the ability to learn new skills and tasks as required, especially PCB software (ProCim).</li><li>Strong time and document management and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Willing to take on new challenges within demanding deadlines utilizing a results-oriented performance style.</li><li>Strong work ethic, eager to learn, and willing to contribute to meet the company&rsquo;s goal.</li><li>Ability to work independently or with a team.</li><li>Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.</li><li>Ability to commute to different vendors/assembly houses as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of management</li><li>Self-motivator and a sense of ownership and urgency.</li><li>Must be able to maintain confidentiality &amp; professionalism at all times.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.</li><li>Schedule required to be flexible</li></ul><p><strong>SUPERVISES:</strong> None</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong>: &nbsp; &nbsp;The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
