This role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Triumph’s high standards of quality and professionalism.</p>\n<p>The Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between the client, field teams, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring that Triumph’s roofing and waterproofing scopes are executed efficiently, safely, and profitably.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Planning &amp; Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review project scope, drawings, and specifications upon award to confirm deliverables and requirements.</li>\n<li>Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans in coordination with estimating and field operations.</li>\n<li>project schedules<br>Coordinate all submittals, shop drawings,<br>and material approvals with consultants, general contractors, and internal teams.</li>\n<li>Work with procurement to ensure timely material orders, deliveries, and cost tracking.</li>\n<li>Conduct kick-off meetings and ensure project teams understand scope, schedule, and quality expectations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Execution &amp; Field Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee daily progress and coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain production targets.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship, safety, and compliance with contract requirements.</li>\n<li>Ensure safety programs and site-specific plans are followed, in coordination with the Health &amp; Safety Department.</li>\n<li>Resolve field issues quickly by collaborating with clients, consultants, and the Triumph operations team.</li>\n<li>Track change orders, RFIs, and scope adjustments to protect project profitability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication &amp; Client Relations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding progress, schedule updates, and issue resolution.</li>\n<li>Build and sustain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.</li>\n<li>Lead or participate in project meetings, progress updates, and deficiency walkthroughs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting to ensure profitability.</li>\n<li>Review subcontractor and supplier invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.</li>\n<li>Prepare and issue progress billing applications in accordance with contract terms.</li>\n<li>Monitor cash flow, retention, and change order approvals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality &amp; Closeout</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that roofing systems meet Triumph’s standards and manufacturer specifications.</li>\n<li>Manage project closeout documentation, including warranties, as-built drawings, and safety records.</li>\n<li>Coordinate post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post-secondary education in Construction Management,<br>Civil/Architectural Technology, or equivalent experience.</li>\n<li>Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing commercial roofing and/or waterproofing projects.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of roofing assemblies, waterproofing systems, building envelope integration, and manufacturer specifications.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships effectively.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or equivalent).</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Attributes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication abilities.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem solver.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Commitment to Triumph’s core values: Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, life).</li>\n<li>Vehicle allowance or company vehicle (as applicable).</li>\n<li>Performance-based annual bonus eligibility.</li>\n<li>Opportunities for career growth within the Triumph Group of Companies.</li>\n</ul>",
