Reporting to the&#xa0;Deputy&#xa0;Director of OCWR, the&#xa0;Program Coordinator&#xa0;will collaborate closely with&#xa0;OCWR&#xa0;leadership, consultants, as well as&#xa0;onsite teams,&#xa0;leaders and subject matter experts from partnering agencies&#xa0;to&#xa0;identify, source and implement&#xa0;primary,&#xa0;supplemental and core services at&#xa0;Philly Home at Girard. The role involves&#xa0;program&#xa0;planning&#xa0;and&#xa0;design, resource&#xa0;identification and&#xa0;navigation, consistent communication with multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to&#xa0;excellence&#xa0;in&#xa0;program execution.&#xa0;The&#xa0;Program Coordinator&#xa0;is responsible&#xa0;will be the&#xa0;on-the-ground contact for program scheduling,&#xa0;logistics, and&#xa0;tracking.&#xa0;</p><p>Essential Functions&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>In&#xa0;collaboration with key stakeholders and community organizations/partners,&#xa0;manage&#xa0;implementation of&#xa0;primary and&#xa0;core&#xa0;programming&#xa0;at&#xa0;Philly Home at Girard.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>In&#xa0;collaboration with key stakeholders and community organizations/partners,&#xa0;develop and implement supplemental programming at Philly Home at Girard.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Project&#xa0;manage&#xa0;the sourcing, program planning, and implementation of key supplemental services including, but not limited to,&#xa0;workforce development, education, recreation, and other wellness activities.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Plan and&#xa0;facilitate&#xa0;community-building activities, meetings, and peer-led groups aligned with the&#xa0;strategic vision of the Office of Community Wellness and Recovery.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Foster partnerships with local organizations and agencies to enhance and expand community wellness and recovery services.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop,&#xa0;clarify&#xa0;and manage the scope,&#xa0;scheduling&#xa0;and communications&#xa0;of all campus programming initiatives in addition to supporting with tracking agency&#xa0;deliverables&#xa0;and program targeted outcomes.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Administrative coordination of onsite provider agency meetings and daily huddle.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure project requirements are achieved in&#xa0;a timely&#xa0;fashion and within budget guidelines.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Determine&#xa0;project costs/ensures delivery on time and within budgetary guidelines&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor and assess the effectiveness and impact of existing community wellness and recovery initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Serve as a primary contact for provider agencies who work with the campus community to address client-related or logistical challenges and be a resource that&#xa0;disseminates&#xa0;information to the campus community.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Address minor conflicts or concerns promptly, using de-escalation and communication skills, and elevate significant concerns to leadership appropriately.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with other city departments and agencies to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to community wellness and recovery.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinate and&#xa0;facilitate&#xa0;the&#xa0;community&#xa0;engagement plan for the Office of Community Wellness and Recovery which educates community partners of the goals of OCWR and provides visibility for all members of the Wellness Continuum.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Plan and implement volunteer engagement activities&#xa0;as well as host tours at&#xa0;Philly Home at Girard as needed.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Represent the city at community events and meetings to promote and raise awareness about community wellness and recovery initiatives.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>Competencies, Knowledge,&#xa0;Skills&#xa0;and Abilities&#xa0;</p><p>Knowledge&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Strong&#xa0;background in community health and recovery,&#xa0;experience with programming in a residential service community&#xa0;as well as a passion for creating positive change.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Understanding
