About the Role As a Care Center Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily clinic operations and supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff. You’ll help drive operational excellence, support a strong clinic culture, and ensure an outstanding experience for patients and providers alike. This position is based in Brevard, NC and is a full-time, in-office position Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. What You'll Do Specific responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to: Provide leadership and foster collaboration across team members in Hopscotch clinics to deliver best-in-class patient care, support care teams and achieve goals around clinical outcomes, quality, operational and financial performance : Manage, coach, and mentor multidisciplinary teams of 5- 10+ professionals at a single location Partner with physician leaders to enable successful clinical, operational, and financial outcomes and ensure they have the appropriate support needed Collaborate with teams across the company to share clinic information, identify/resolve/escalate issues and concerns, and support on-going training and development Advocate for patients and team members and foster a patient-centered, positive and supportive work culture Lead day-to-day operations at the clinic, ensuring robust processes are being followed to support quality care and operational efficiency : Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient care delivery Support staffing, scheduling, workflow management, and clinic operations Coordinate clinic facility and maintenance needs as needed Help oversee wraparound patient services, including transportation and field-based support when applicable Ensure a positive patient experience both inside and outside the clinic Support care delivery for a growing patient population while maintaining high standards of quality and service Assist the Director of Clinic Operations with budgeting requests and operational planning as assigned Lead scheduling and billing workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with operational standards Support execution of operational and strategic initiatives across the clinic Support achievement of key clinical, financial, and quality goals across the clinics: Assist with clinic financial reporting and operational performance tracking as assigned Monitor key clinic metrics and support performance improvement efforts Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and clinic performance Serve as an ambassador for your clinic in the community and support the culture and mission of Hopscotch: Build and maintain strong community relationships and partnerships Support clinic growth initiatives and community outreach efforts Step in to support operational and customer service functions when needed About You You would be a great fit for this position if you have experience managing large multidisciplinary teams in healthcare, a proven record of accomplishment of delivering financial and operational results and are passionate about delivering superb care to those who need it the most. Supervisory experience in a clinical setting is required. A great candidate for this role has: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a clinical setting, managing teams both remotely and in person Experience managing operational and financial performance metrics preferred Passion for team-based, mission-driven healthcare delivery An understanding of the communities we serve and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills A proactive, flexible, and team-first approach A track record of: Applying sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Improving processes and driving operational outcomes Building strong working relationships across teams Taking initiative and adapting quickly in fast-paced environments Bringing a positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Additional skills and requirements for the role: Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written Proven reliability, organization, and dependability Proficient PC and technology skills US work authorization From a cultural perspective, you are: Adaptable and thoughtful in fast-paced, evolving environments Solutions-oriented, with a positive and proactive mindset Accountable, collaborative, and supportive of team growth Willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed Clear, reliable, and communicative Patient- and provider-focused, with a passion for mission-driven care Why Hopscotch?
