You'll join our team at our <strong>Krakow location</strong> and work with us on a <strong>B2B basis</strong>.</em><br><br><strong>Power BI & Data Engineering (High Priority – your main focus)</strong><br><ul><li>You build, maintain, and continuously improve our Power BI reports and dashboards</li><li>You take care of data modeling and data quality in our data warehouse</li><li>You develop and maintain our data pipelines (Airflow, Azure)</li><li>You support ad-hoc requests from the business</li><li>You work closely with our existing data team – including a structured handover phase</li></ul><strong>Atlassian Administration (Medium Priority)</strong><br><ul><li>You own our entire Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Tempo)</li><li>You manage users and permissions and keep things clean with regular audits</li><li>You set up and structure projects in Jira properly</li><li>You administer Tempo (time tracking, reporting)</li><li>You continuously improve workflows, automations, and dashboards</li><li>You keep our Confluence structure (spaces, pages, permissions) tidy</li><li>You're the go-to person for internal users</li></ul><strong>Operational IT Support (Low Priority – nice to have)</strong><br><ul><li>You support license management (Google Workspace, M365, SaaS tools)</li><li>You evaluate and implement new tools</li><li>You help roll out security measures and IT policies</li><li>You document processes and keep them up to date</li></ul>"

The rate for this position ranges between <strong>45 PLN and 120 PLN per hour</strong> (B2B, depending on seniority and scope). This range covers all compensation components and reflects the target rate, including any variable components or additional benefits where applicable. If we decide to work together, we'll prepare an individual offer for you – placing you within the band based on your skills, your scope of responsibility, and your experience, never on your previous salary. The actual compensation depends on your experience, qualifications, and the skills relevant to this position.</span></em><br><br><em><span style=\"font-size:12px;color:rgb(0,0,0);\">In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970) and country-specific equal treatment laws, we publish the salary band for every role and do not ask candidates for their current or previous salary.
