    "description": "<p><strong>Service Technician – Kia</strong></p>\n<p>The Service Technician troubleshoots and repairs customer vehicles.</p>\n<p><strong> Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with manufacturer/dealership standards so that the vehicle is fixed right the first time.</li>\n<li>Inspects vehicles and records findings in case additional repairs need to be made.</li>\n<li>Explains vehicle diagnoses and required repairs to customers and/or Service Advisors in a clear, non-technical manner.</li>\n<li>Stays abreast of new technical information and technology by attending required/recommended manufacturer training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Core Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience and/or education as an automotive technician, dealership experience with import and/or Kia certifications preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience using shop equipment (i.e., diagnostic equipment, alignment equipment, etc.)</li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (per our insurance company’s standards.)</li>\n<li>Desire to provide a high level of customer service.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our Commitment to You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent earning potential and advancement opportunities</li>\n<li>Excellent benefits package with several plan options to choose from</li>\n<li>401k with Company Match</li>\n<li>Paid Training</li>\n<li>Paid Holidays</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO – Up to 14 days per year)</li>\n<li>Employee Vehicle Purchase Program</li>\n<li>Relocation assistance available to candidates with at least three years of dealership experience and a stable work history</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
