    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and direct all aspects of the district's maintenance operations.</span></div><div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">The Supervisor will make decisions regarding maintenance personnel and the operations of the maintenance</span></div><div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">department and is responsible for the supervision of the maintenance department.</span></div><div><br><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\"><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></span></div><div><ul><li><span style=\"white-space: normal;\">Coordinate the day-to-day operations of employees through assigning, monitoring and reviewing</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">progress and accuracy of work.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Direct workforce efforts by providing technical guidance on complex issues</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">On call 24/7 and uses logic, judgment and data to determine effective solutions for personal issues and</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">malfunctioned equipment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Assists with equipment function checks at the facility.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Supervises the maintenance staff in the absence of Maintenance Manager.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Assist in Supervision of maintenance staff ensuring compliance in HSE.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">May perform basic tasks in the office, facility and within SAP system including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Manage vendors and the relationships thereof.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Ensure proper storage of products. Follow standard operating procedures, safety work rules and good</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">general practices on equipment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Monitor expenditures and ensure employees properly track repairs on equipment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Has an active role in assigning mentors to entry and lower level mechanics during repairs.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Works under no supervision with freedom to act in regards to work methodology.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Complies with all company and client Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices and guidelines.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Performs work on his/her own as well as provides motivation and direction to other employees as needed.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Ensures that all assigned staff participates in all company or customer provided training.</span></li></ul><div><div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\"><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></span></div><div><ul><li><span style=\"white-space: normal;\">Reading comprehension and writing skills are required.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Ability to perform mathematical calculations (including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) is also required.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Complies with all company and client Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices and guidelines.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; white-space: normal;\">Able to anticipate future consequences and trends accurately.
