Patients can be referred to Suite A at the centers if they are unable to see their primary care doctor within seven days after discharge or if they do not have a primary care doctor. </p>\n<p>The medication disease management suite, Suite B, is focused on improving care for patients on specialty, complex, and/or high-cost medications. Patients can be referred to Suite B at the centers if they have qualifying medical conditions, are prescribed specific medications, and are on an eligible health plan. </p>\n<p>The STAR Outpatient Centers have five convenient locations on the campuses of Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center, Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital, Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital and Orlando Health South Lake Hospital. </p>\n<p></p>",
