Through proactively reviewing and mitigating risks you'll minimize potential disruptions for some of the top internet companies.</p><p>As a Cloud Support Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Working independently with the customers to solve technical problems</li><li class=\"lst\">Acting as a technical account manager to our strategic customers, to proactively analyze and solve technical issues</li><li class=\"lst\">Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution.</li><li class=\"lst\">Providing support for North American customers</li></ul><p><b>Do what you love</b></p><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Have experience and graduation in Computer Science or related field/it's equivalent.</li><li class=\"lst\">Have solid understanding of internet and IP networks, DNS and routing, HTTP, TCP or UDP</li><li class=\"lst\">Have experience providing technical solutions and support to enterprise Business-to-Business [B2B] customers</li><li class=\"lst\">Be proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li class=\"lst\">Show tenacity to continuously learn and grow skillsets</li></ul><p><b>Work in a way that works for you</b></p><p>FlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
