The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of earthworks operators and laborers, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of excavation, grading, and other earthworks activities in compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><strong> </strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">At least 5 years Proven experience in a supervisory role within earthworks or civil construction and or certification or relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">At least 3-5 years in experience in a senior role within construction project/mining.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of earthworks techniques, equipment, and construction processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with managing a team and providing on-the-job training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on-site issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
