In this role you will report directly to our Maintenance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Current CWI Certification General knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and related disciplines Ability to perform X-Ray film interpretation Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and managing various Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Working knowledge of Microsoft Word General knowledge and interpretation of applicable ASME Codes and Standards Experience reviewing Welding Documentation, including WPS, PQR, and WPQ Ability to review and interpret Weld Maps and Welding Symbols A Strong understanding of and ability to read, interpret, and follow all Site Operating Procedures and Piping Specifications Adhering to all Plant and OSHA safety standards Skills in proper communication with Contracting and Client Personnel WE VALUE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field Experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing setting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. COMPENSATION
The annual base pay range for this position is $61,121-$76,452. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
