The Greeter will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The pay for this position starts at $19 / hour. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply</li>\n <li>Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot</li>\n <li>Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable</li>\n <li>Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits</li>\n <li>Communicate customer service issues to management</li>\n <li>Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly</li>\n <li>Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements</li>\n <li>Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness</li>\n <li>Thank member for their business</li>\n <li>Provide upgraded vehicles on request</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future</li>\n <li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience</li>\n <li>Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI). </li>\n</ul>",
