    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.14.30/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\">SUMMARY</p><p>QA Lab Techs evaluate film quality at various stages of manufacture and are responsible for testing final product for compliance to customer specifications. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for researching jobs in IQS for production.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for testing samples according to the frequency chart for compliance to customer specification.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Entering data into the IQS system.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for all lab requests.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Communicates with QA assistant for out of spec product.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Creates COA&rsquo;s and sends to customer.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Communicates with Production as needed.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Generates NCM&rsquo;s in timely manner and place on roll in the hold area.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for updating all NCM&rsquo;s.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for releasing all rolls not on hold when the job is completed.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for setting up jobs.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for cleaning up after your shift.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span><strong>Responsible for completing current days work by the end of your shift, no rollover work.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</p><p>None</p><p><br></p><p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE&nbsp;</p><p>Minimum of 6 months on the job training.</p><p><br></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. &nbsp;The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>LANGUAGE SKILLS&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. &nbsp;Ability to complete reports and forms associated with the position: &nbsp;Ability to communicate effectively orally, and in writing.</p><p><br></p><p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</p><p><br></p><p>REASONING ABILITY&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusion.
