Supporting a large variety of machine configurations and OEMs are supported including 5+ axis mill turn applications, lathes, boring machines, broaches, compressed air systems, etc. The Machine Maintenance Technicians are responsible for repair, preventative maintenance and modification of that machinery. This role will also be responsible for repairing and maintaining other facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes. The position will require collaboration and critical thinking to troubleshoot unique equipment issues and develop quick resolutions in a demanding environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>This is a full-time role that may require some extended hours and weekends, as needed.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain and repair all assets to ensure their proper operating condition</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide preventative and correct maintenance on various complex CNCs: 5 axis milling, mill turn applications, and lathes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Schedule and execute on-time preventative maintenance plans for a variety of machines across production areas</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot, and repair control and electrical system failures involving PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, servo amplifiers, input/output, and field sensors</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot and repair various machine tool hydraulic and pneumatic systems including actuators, valves, pumps, and filters</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot and repair machine tool mechanical systems including ballscrews, linear rails, guideways, and gearboxes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Install, service and maintain the operating condition of all the facilities equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform preventative maintenance on facilities and machinery by scheduled deadline</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist EHS with hazardous waste accumulation area checks, safety walks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and company vehicles</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalency certificate</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years of experience in an industrial discipline repairing machines, equipment, and equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years of experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
