Position Summary The CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role supports production through preventive maintenance, machine alignment, equipment installation, and general facility maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Essential Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and adjustments. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions on CNC equipment. Repair or replace defective components such as servo motors, drives, pumps, valves, and related systems. Wire, install, and troubleshoot 3-phase electrical systems (208–460 volts). Align multi-axis CNC machines to improve accuracy, performance, and product quality. Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new and used CNC equipment. Troubleshoot and maintain CNC control systems, including: Fanuc Okuma Mitsubishi Perform general facility maintenance, including: Electrical system troubleshooting and repairs Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting Operate forklifts to move equipment, parts, and materials (must be forklift certified). Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime and reliability. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
