The essential duties of this job are such that the employee is classified according to the FLSA as a <strong>Non-Exempt </strong>employee.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS</strong>: Up to 10%</p><p><br></p><p>To perform the job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential duty of the job in a satisfactory manner, with or without reasonable accommodation. The essential duties of the job include the Responsibilities, Experience, Proficiencies, and Physical Demands described below.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>: Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the job.</p><ul><li>Responsible for the monthly maintenance of stored machines process</li><li>Complete all delivery and receiving functions</li><li>Maintains yard organization</li><li>Completes and documents pre loading inspections, as well as all attachment instillations and removals.</li><li>Maintain, safely operate, and care for company owned tools and equipment per company requirements.</li><li>Maintain up to date knowledge of all safety training, product training, and service department goals.</li><li>Complete assigned work with minimum re-work.</li><li>Ensure all company safety requirements are adhered to at all times.</li><li>Ensure all administrative functions are completed in a timely manner.</li><li>Responds positively to other duties that may be assigned in the scope of the job.</li><li>Seeks formal and informal performance assessments, including performance versus expectations.</li><li>Actively participates in required training, development programs, and electives as suits one’s needs.</li></ul>",
