For more information, visit: NWN.ai.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The NOC Engineer will provides frontline operational support for client network and telecommunications services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor environments using client approved tools</li>\n <li>Acknowledge alerts and create ITSM tickets</li>\n <li>Perform initial troubleshooting using SOPs</li>\n <li>Escalate incidents as required</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate ticket documentation</li>\n <li>Support major incident communications</li>\n <li>Contribute to reporting and knowledge updates</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s degree (preferred), or minimum 4 years of experience in a technical role (preferred).</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>1-3 years</li>\n <li>Experience in network and/or telecommunications operations</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and collaboration platforms</li>\n <li>Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or SolarWinds</li>\n <li>Strong documentation and communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Strong documentation and communication skills</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At NWN, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being in and out of work.
