    "description": "<p>This posting is for Two (@) available long term, onsite roles.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Engineering Admins will assists with engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and operational targets.  A recent graduate will gain experience in manufacturing principals, quality and operational standards.  Role could move in to a long term position, as this is an   open-ended position.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department Support:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Jump into any area (Production, Quality, or Shipping) that needs help for the day.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Problem Solving:</span> Use your engineering background to reduce waste and make our mat-making process faster and better.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Admin Tasks:</span> Help the Plant Manager with the \"paperwork\" side of things—this includes data entry, updating safety logs, and organizing shift schedules.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Standardizing:</span> Write down simple instructions (SOPs) for the team so everyone knows how to run the machines correctly.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Tracking:</span> Keep track of daily production numbers and report them back to the Plant Manager</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Relevant degree such as bachelor’s degree in engineering,</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and computer skills.</li>\n<li>Intermediately level MS Excel.</li>\n<li>Problem Solving skills.</li>\n<li>Able to work autonomously and together in a team dynamic.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work in a manufacturing environment utilizing critical thinking skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">#NWRIndeed</span></em></p>",
