This ensures they're not stretched thin across various responsibilities, allowing for a balanced workload and a deep commitment to each project's success. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>As a Danis Project Manager you’ll:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Lead with Vision</strong>: Establish project objectives and standards, collaborate with our Project Executive, and ensure projects align with corporate policies.</p>\n<p><strong>Execute Excellence</strong>: Oversee project construction to deliver on design, budget, and schedule, taking full accountability for project completion and customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p><strong>Guide & Mentor</strong>: Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor and develop project engineers.</p>\n<p><strong>Demonstrate Financial Mastery</strong>: Manage cost control, billings, change management, and cash flows, maximizing profitability and building valuable client relationships.</p>\n<p><strong>Ensure Safety & Compliance</strong>: Implement safety programs, maintain meticulous project documentation, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while mitigating schedule impacts.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>As a Project Manager you’ll bring:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Educational Background</strong>: A four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.</p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong>: Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing commercial and institutional projects valued at $10M+.
