Documents this correctly. This includes referral appointments, EHR documentation, faxes, consults, nursing procedures performed, charges for billing etc.</p>\n<p>Knowledgeable in assisting providers with procedures/exams and further testing of patients.</p>\n<p>Responsible for legal, concise documentation in the EHR.</p>\n<p>Participates in professional and educational growth offered by the organization.</p>\n<p>Responsible for following clinic polices/procedures.</p>\n<p>Performs other duties as required or assigned.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br>Physical Requirements</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span></p>\n<p>Physical Demands:</p>\n<p>Frequently sit and walk;</p>\n<p>Occasionally lifting, pushing and pulling up to 10 pounds.</p>\n<p>Occasionally bending, twisting and reaching overhead.</p>\n<p>Fine motor skills.</p>\n<p><br></p>",
