          "text": "<ul><li>Quality Assurance/Control Inspections</li><li>Material Testing (WABO Certification&#xa0;Required)</li><li>Review approved construction drawings and specifications</li><li>Communicate with contractor workers, foremen, superintendents, project managers, building inspectors and report findings</li><li>Write concise inspection reports using specific language pertaining to contract documents, approved drawings, and any applicable code</li><li>Communicate with AAR office to report inspection observations, scheduling and sample pick up coordination</li><li>Supervise and train junior inspectors and testing technicians</li><li>Perform observations and inspections mainly related to Concrete/Steel/Civil</li><li>Inspection and verification of materials for compliance to the plans and specifications</li><li>Ensure work is performed in accordance with the Contract, Specifications, and RFC plans</li><li>Accurately complete quality records relating to material testing, hold-point inspections, and material receiving</li><li>Initiate non-conformance processes when materials, products, tools, equipment or Work do not meet the required specifications</li><li>Review of contract documents</li><li>Study project specifications to determine appropriate construction methods and procedures</li><li>Ensure that contractors comply with specifications</li><li>The ability to obtain certifications to perform in-field material testing</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the manager</li></ul>",
