Visit Expectations Part-time: visit expectations are flexible; most part-time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week Compensation and Benefits This position is paid on a per-visit basis. $45 to $54 per visit. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Eligible employees may participate in IHT's 401(k) plan after meeting age and service requirements.
