font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Days &amp; Hours: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Monday - Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Ventilator Support</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ventilator Function/Trouble Shooting</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ventilator Circuit Chang</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Administer Medications/Injections</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Measure In-take and Output</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Tube Feedings </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Vital Signs</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Nebulizer Treatment or MDI Puff Adm.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Oxygen Administration via Tank/Concentrator</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Gastrostomy Care (G/J-Tube) &amp; Maintenance, Feeding and Medication Administration</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ventilator Alarms &amp; Function Checks</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Provide Activity of Daily Living</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Monitor Catheters</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Dress Wound</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Observe/Report Changes in client’s condition.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Obtain Specimens for Analysis</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Teach Family/Responsible Party about client care.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Evaluate the significance of assessment findings and communicate any pertinent information about the client’s status and ongoing needs to the Clinical Director/RN.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on the age of the client and client’s clinical position.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN/LIPID) administration via infusion pump (including hanging &amp; priming).</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to perform wound care (Ostomy/Stoma Care, Ostomy Bag Change).</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Complete clinical records reviews, electronic progress note entries and documentation of supervisory visits to comply with Medicaid/Medicare policy standards. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Perform all aspects of client care in an environment that optimizes the client’s safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Perform client care responsibilities considering needs to the standard of care for client’s age.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Promote client/family/caregiver education using various verbal and written communication techniques that consider the client’s/family’s cultural, ethnic and/or personal needs or preferences.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Supervise CNAs ensuring progress, Plan of Care is being followed and client’s satisfaction with services. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Complete and submit necessary documentation in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations and with Company’s policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Maintains currency of professional knowledge by participating in continuing education. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences in accordance with Company policy.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Identify and assess appropriate resources to meet client and/or family needs to facilitate optimal client outcomes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>BACKGROUND REQUIREMENT</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>A New Well, Inc</span></span><span> requires that all employees must show proof of evidence of Free of Abuse Neglect and Exploitation and all employees must meet the following requirements.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Current State of Georgia License as an LPN</span></li>\n<li><br><span>A minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Home Health experience a plus</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Current CPR/First Aide certification </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Valid driver’s license/State ID</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Negative PPB TB skin test within the last twelve (12) months</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Pass criminal background check.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>“Never have been shown by credible evidence (e.g. a court or jury, a department investigation, or other reliable evidence) to have abused, neglected, sexually assaulted, exploited, or deprived any person or to have subjected any person to a serious injury as a result of intentional or grossly negligent misconduct as evidenced by an oral or written statement to this effect obtained at the time of application.  Not have made any materially false statements concerning qualifications requirements either to the department or provider”.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Professional Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Physical Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #171717\">Frequent lifting and repositioning of clients. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #171717\">Repeated or prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, twisting and occasional. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #171717\">Climbing of stairs. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #171717\">Acute sense of sight and hearing (corrected or uncorrected) and strong sense of touch, smell and taste. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #171717\">Agility and strength sufficient to handle clients and equipment without assistance. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #171717\">Must be able to appropriately respond physically and psychologically to emergency situations in the home or during transport. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #171717; font-size: 15px\">Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other health conditions.</span></p>",
