line-height: 115%;\">Under the direction of the Service Branch Manager and/or Service PMs, this position will assist the Service Department with conceptual design, estimates, and project management on a variety of HVAC systems while coordinating and scheduling the work internally.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong>Essential Duties</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Assist preparation of sales proposals to new and existing customers that will develop profitable results</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Assist documenting and follow up leads and referrals</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Confer with staff and customers on all phases of projects</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
