We offer this through a competitive compensation package, professional development and leadership opportunities, paid time off, and balanced work schedules.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The eCommerce Clerk serves as a personal shopper and point of contact to Heinen&rsquo;s customers by selecting items and assembling online orders. They are responsible for ensuring all orders are picked accurately, properly packed, stored, and staged for pick-up in a timely manner. Additionally, these associates must ensure quality control and handle products carefully during the selection and packing process to minimize damage and uphold Heinen&rsquo;s quality standards. Individuals are also expected to provide service that aligns with Heinen&rsquo;s brand for customers they interact with daily.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Understands store layout and variety of product offerings.</li><li>Interfaces with customers via phone and in-person to ensure accuracy of all online orders (including product substitutions).</li><li>Collaborates with other eCommerce clerks to ensure completion of daily orders.</li><li>Maintains safety as a top priority in all aspects of work for team members, customers, and products.</li><li>Develops into expert user of software application. Maximize pick and pack efficiency by adhering to Heinen&rsquo;s selection standards.</li><li>Interacts with and assists customers as needed.</li><li>Organizes and stages customer orders to assist with the pick-up and delivery process.</li><li>Provides feedback as necessary to assist with process improvements.</li><li>Provides cross-department support on daily tasks as needed.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Complies with all company policies and procedures.</li><li>Able to identify and prioritize critical tasks.
