We help organisations across the UK and Ireland generate leads and sales through strategic websites, SEO and digital content.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br>We are looking for a Videographer &amp; Editor to play a key role in delivering high-quality video content for both client projects and internal marketing. This role is suited to someone with solid experience who can confidently manage projects from concept through to delivery, while contributing creative ideas and maintaining high production standards.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will work closely with the Videography &amp; Editing team and wider digital team to produce engaging, results-driven content. font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Plan, film and edit video content for client projects and internal brands</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage video projects from brief through to final delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver against objectives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment during shoots</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead or support on-location shoots, ensuring smooth production processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting and audio recording</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
