Ensure proactive timely resolution of all co-worker inquiries.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop new analysis and KPI’s to enhance the understanding of company performance yielding new insights. </span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare quarterly financial statements reports, analysis and presentations to senior executives, external lenders, and Board members.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with departmental leads to continuously improve operational and accounting processes for improved timeliness and accuracy. </span></li>\n<li><span>Monitoring cash flow movement, completing regular cash flow forecasting and initiating the transfer of funds. </span></li>\n<li><span>Mentor, coach and supervise junior staff</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>What You’ll Need:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Customer focused, interpersonal and negotiating skills to engage departmental leads and staff; </span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role dealing with senior individuals of both a financial and non-financial nature;</span></li>\n<li><span>CPA (CA, CMA or CGA) designation required;</span></li>\n<li><span>University degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce; </span></li>\n<li><span>Extensive knowledge of the IFRS principles, consolidation methods, financial analysis;</span></li>\n<li><span>Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization; </span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently; </span></li>\n<li><span>Positive attitude, approachable and self-motivated; </span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in Real Estate is an asset; and</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with Yardi property management systems is an asset.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><em>Centurion is an inclusive and equal opportunity Employer committed to creating a positive, supportive and inclusive environment for all Employees.
