    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Manager Oncology Navigation Counseling&nbsp;</strong><br><br><span style=\"background-color: white; color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Inova Peterson Life with Cancer Center is looking for a dedicated Manager&nbsp;of&nbsp;Oncology&nbsp;Navigation&nbsp;and&nbsp;Counseling&nbsp;-&nbsp;Pediatrics to join the Life with Cancer team.&nbsp;This role&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;direct&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;and management of the pediatric psychosocial behavioral health team, including therapists and a nurse navigator across multiple oncology care settings&nbsp;including pediatric inpatient unit, pediatric outpatient clinic, and a dedicated counseling center. The ideal candidate brings&nbsp;a strong clinical background in therapy,&nbsp;supporting pediatric patients and their families, with a&nbsp;preference for clinical oncology&nbsp;or complex illness&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;and a proven&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of working collaboratively within and managing multidisciplinary care teams.</span></span><span style=\"background-color: white; color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> </span></span><span style=\"background-color: white; color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The Manager of Oncology Navigation and Counseling&nbsp;develops&nbsp;and manages&nbsp;pediatric&nbsp;standards,&nbsp;guidelines&nbsp;and protocols for the determination of care needs&nbsp;for children and adolescents&nbsp;impacted&nbsp;by cancer and their families.&nbsp;Develops and manages Life with Cancer's Oncology Navigation/Counseling programs and team members for patient populations&nbsp;including oncology and Pediatric services. Incorporates data and information to continuously&nbsp;Oversees the care delivery of programs for patients and families within the Life with Cancer Service Line, in alignment with system-wide improve services/practices to enhance outcomes, while actively engaging in patient care and research to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;current and&nbsp;evidenced&nbsp;based clinical skills.
