Coach associates to optimal performance. Assist with scheduling and payroll to labor standards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Order and maintain inventory to ensure adequate available products for our customers. Manage inventory shrink and take steps to keep shrinkage at a minimum.</li>\r\n\t<li>Lead associates in receiving and accurately displaying all merchandise for purchase soon after delivery. Perform shelf-conditioning throughout the shift to professionally front merchandise that keeps shelves and displays clean, neat, and attractive.</li>\r\n\t<li>Supervisor on duty at least 1-2 days per week. Perform store opening or closing duties.</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting/cleaning shelves, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, etc. as needed.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
