Bring your prior experience in new-hire onboarding to our fast-paced and high-volume staffing environment!</p><ul><li><strong>Fulltime, Internal Position:</strong> Onboarding Specialist</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Onsite - Tampa, FL</li><li><strong>Salary: </strong>$50,000-55,000/yr</li><li><strong>Bonus: </strong>~$2,000 in monthly incentives</li><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility to work extended hours during peak times)</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in onboarding, preferably in a fast-paced staffing or high-volume environment.</li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you perform proactively and with urgency.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR systems, onboarding platforms, and compliance requirements (Avionte’ and Fieldglass a plus).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.</li><li>Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during busy/peak times.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires including new hire paperwork, background check/screening, data and document collection and submission, and monitoring the status of each step.</li><li>Utilization of various software and programs in order to complete a high-volume of data entry.</li><li>Serve as the go-to contact for new employees, answering questions and guiding them through the onboarding process.</li><li>Work closely with Recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding schedules and documentation.</li></ul>",
