          "text": "<p><u><strong>JOB DETAILS</strong></u></p><p><strong>Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour</strong></p><p><strong>Hours: 1st Shift (5:00 am - 1:30 pm) Overtime is expected</strong></p><p><u><strong>SUMMARY</strong></u></p><p>The Conrac Flange Tack Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating Conrac flange tack welding equipment to position and tack weld flanges onto pipe or vessel components according to engineering specifications and production schedules. This role ensures proper alignment, fit-up, weld quality, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.</p><p><u><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></u></p><ul><li>Operate Conrac flange tack machines and related fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Align, fit, and tack weld flanges to pipes, fittings, or vessel components according to blueprints and work orders.</li><li>Verify measurements, dimensions, and tolerances using tape measures, squares, levels, and gauges.</li><li>Read and interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and production specifications.</li><li>Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.</li><li>Inspect materials and completed tack assemblies for defects or misalignment.</li><li>Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards.</li><li>Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.</li><li>Communicate with welders, fitters, supervisors, and quality personnel regarding production issues or material concerns.</li><li>Assist with material handling and movement of fabricated components as needed.</li></ul>",
