    "description_html": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>Biocontainment Automation Specialist</strong> to support our Facilities team performing routine maintenance work utilizing skills to diagnose problems, make repairs and/or replace worn or defective parts on building automation systems, machines, and HVAC/Biocontainment equipment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>• Perform maintenance on building automation systems, machines, and mechanical equipment.</p><p>• Perform proper panel preventative maintenance and document findings.</p><p>• Diagnose and repair complex electronic control system malfunctions.</p><p>• Integrate new panels into an existing Desigo CC platform.</p><p>• Execute panel preventive maintenance and documentation.</p><p>• Commission new direct digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines.&nbsp;</p><p>• Manage relevant network technologies: Perform data backups from data servers and create automated backup procedures. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;• &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Troubleshoot and resolve inconsistencies in functions or sequences of operations. Configure PC workstations and user &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;interfaces. Confirm proper network performance.</p><p>• Validate designed equipment performance variables against stringent biocontainment requirements.&nbsp;</p><p>• Create new points and alarms from sensors based on equipment/system requirements.</p><p>• Read and write programming for Siemens and WebCTRL systems.</p><p>• Integrate third-party systems with existing BAS system.</p><p>• Create new graphics pages on Desigo CC and associate values to different images.</p><p>• Integrate low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols, such as BACNet, N2, Modbus, etc.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Ideal Candidate:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>• High school diploma or GED</p><p>• Four (4) years of experience programming, commissioning, running system diagnostics, and/or repairing building automation (BAS) / building management (BMS) systems</p><p>• Experience writing computer programs and software applications related to HVAC</p><p>• Strong electrical background with the ability to run conduit/wiring and make terminations preferred</p><p>• Must be able to obtain Security Risk Assessment (SRA) clearance and remain SRA eligible for duration of employment to access labs and lab integrity control equipment</p><p>• Knowledge and skills to properly calibrate panels as well as field-level devices and end device calibration (i.e. Setras, Room Pressure Monitors, etc.)</p><p>• Must have knowledge and experience to write computer programs and software applications related to the HVAC industry&nbsp;</p><p>• Must be able to support a rotational “on-call” process, which could include nights and weekends</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Can Offer You!&nbsp;</strong></p><p>• Enjoy an employee-centered culture grounded in open communication, empowerment, and trust.
