          "text": "<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications the Microsoft Stack OR Java</li><li>Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI</li><li>Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure OR AWS OR GCP</li><li>Front-end development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue, with working knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap</li><li>Experience with Agentic AI development- Developing agents and developing with agents</li><li>Experience with a Varied AI Toolset- Claude code, CodeX, Opencode, OpenClaude</li><li>Preferred experience with AI orchestration</li><li>Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows</li><li>Familiarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challenges</li><li>Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques</li><li>Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code</li></ul>",
