    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>A Homemaker/Caregiver is a non‐licensed member of the home health care team who assists the client with activities of daily living as outlined in a written care plan. This is established by the Care Coordinator. Homemakers/Companions are supervised by an Agency Supervisor and receive scheduling direction from their Agency Care Coordinator.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Planning and preparing meals according to specific dietary requirements of the </li>\n <li>Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy environment through housekeeping assistance;</li>\n <li>Providing companionship and stimulation for the client including reading, walks, etc.; and accompanying the client to </li>\n <li>Grocery shopping or other errands when </li>\n <li>Performing other housekeeping tasks as indicated in the care </li>\n <li>Participating in In‐Service Education programs as assigned by the </li>\n <li>Assisting the client with activities of daily living and personal </li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Attendance Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Experience Preferred:</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>One year of experience with providing personal care</li>\n <li>One year of experience in a home care setting</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Special Conditions of Employment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Drug test</li>\n   <li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li>\n   <li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>$18.75 </strong><strong>per hour</strong><strong>.</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience</strong><strong>,</strong><strong> and education.  </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state</strong><strong>,</strong><strong> and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements</strong><strong>.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>#CORP1</strong></p>",
