Retrofit experience is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">2-3 years of electrical design experience is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">Diploma / Degree from an electrical building services technical program or an engineering program. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">Working towards a P.Eng. Designation in Ontario is preferred. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">Good working knowledge of (construction) project management principles with the ability to apply those principles on ongoing projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">Good working knowledge of Electrical Distribution, Fire Alarm and Lighting Systems. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">Knowledge and understanding of the National Building Code of Canada and the Ontario Building Code.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">Good working knowledge of ASHRAE and CSA/ULC standards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a drive and ability to collaborate and problem solve as part of a team. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">Ability to utilize both verbal and written forms of communication to effectively communicate internally with colleagues as well as externally with clients. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects working in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">Must be proficient in MS Office Applications. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter\">Highly motivated self-starter with an attention to detail is a must.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">What You Can Expect in our Recruitment Process:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">A preliminary screen with HR either via email or phone to confirm a few exciting details about the position and your current job search.
