Opportunity Overview
Pursue and win business in existing and new leading customers in SOC segment to increase Teradyne market share.
Work together with product marketing manager to find break-in opportunities in fast-growing emerging semiconductor market, dig out key players in different device segment(MAP, ADAS, MCU, Infotain, etc), develop value differentiation proposal based on Ter test platforms.
Develop business direction for the combined sales, application and service team, achieve bookings targets for product and services, win all strategic design-ins in each account.
Establish personal relationships with key decision makers at customers and their subcontractors.
Provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, product marketing, engineering road-maps and differentiation.

Excellent business sense to capture new opportunity.
A minimum of 5 - 8 years of working experience in sales or account management in the semiconductor related industry.
Requires a bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Engineering technical background is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact with customers’ engineering and business staff at all levels.
Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales and market share targets.
Solid experience in building and managing a major sales account, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment.
Strong communication and presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills.
Good English capability
