    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">PID: 26-14-09P-029-AAU</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly motivated <strong>Tester / Business Analyst</strong> to be a full-time employee in <strong>Washington, DC</strong> to join our innovative and customer solutions focused team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>The <strong>Test Engineer / Business Analyst</strong> will support the customer&rsquo;s product team by performing end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing while also supporting requirements refinement, backlog grooming, and user engagement activities in coordination with the Product Owner and existing Business Analyst. This role provides both testing leadership and business analysis coverage to ensure successful delivery of the MVP scope.</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for a modern Java/Postgres/React application platform.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Perform application testing, validate defects, isolate issues, and report test results in Jira and related tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Support system integration, performance testing, and regression testing.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Participate in risk management assessments and software development activities with emphasis on test design.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Observe and evaluate execution of customer acceptance test activities and provide test reports.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Work with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and representatives to refine and validate requirements and ensure they are covered through sufficient testing.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ensure traceability between requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases to validate full functional coverage.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Assist in UAT planning, coordination, readiness, and execution.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-weight: bold;\">Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-weight: bold;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Information Technology or a related field of study.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-weight: bold;\">Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience with enterprise-level test automation, functional testing, and agile delivery.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\"><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun Highlight SCXW155367590 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW155367590 BCX8\">Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience testing user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure requirements arevalidated.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ability to work across technical and business teams to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered functionality.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About E-INFOSOL</strong></p><p>E-INFOSOL is a Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
